Daniel did a fantastic job servicing my home in Olathe. Not only did he treat all around the house and underneath my deck, but he also noticed there was a small gap in the seal underneath my garage. He was also able to replace that on the same day. He was extremely kind and very helpful and I highly recommend him.

Daniel came to do our regular service. While working he noticed a leak from our sprinkler system that was damaged with the recent freeze!! Saved our water bill!! Big thank you!!! Also our dryer vent was open and he saw a small bird fly out! Uggg!! Fixed the flap and saved money for a repair!! Thanks again!! Besides all that he was very friendly and did a thorough job!!!!

Miguel did an excellent job treating our home. He knocked down cob webs all around the outside and did a thorough job spraying inside and out. We definitely got our moneys worth.

Jerry was actually at neighbors and commented on nice my yard was and struck a conversation. I asked about mosquito and flea and tick and he explained all of it to me. Good enough to get me to get a treatment on the spot. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I’m assuming he did a great job if his work Ethic is anything like his professionalism. Time will tell if the mosquitos stop or not. Nevertheless I appreciate it.

There are so many 5 star reviews on here regarding the staff that provide the treatments and they are deserved. I've never had an issue with the staff they send out. But the business office is terrible. They don't respond to requests and they played hardball when I called to cancel. I was passed around to multiple people before speaking with the manager who was able to cancel the service. They kept using the phrase "firing them" as opposed to canceling the service and when I pointed out that they were trying to bully me into keeping the service it was called "persuasive." Do not do business with them unless you are able to stand up for yourself or they will run all over you!

I am writing this review only because of the tech experience I have had with Zack. Zack is patient and very very thorough when inspecting problem areas as well as explaining findings and concerns. He knows the residence and is prepared when he arrives with any issues from the previous service. Appreciate his communication and willingness to answer questions. Thanks Zack!
