Before I tried Safeguard, I had a contract with a national exterminating company. I liked the technician and they promptly came to my house, whenever I asked, yet they failed to solve the problem. My house was infested with some type of fly. They must have come a dozen times without any discernible success. So, I canceled the contract and looked for a locally owned business. That's when I found Safeguard. The technician came, and although he did similar things, he was far more thorough, treated the whole house, not just to place where we had the most flies, and the results were dramatic. And by the way, their price is considerably lower. I wholeheartedly recommend Safeguard.

Great company! I reached out online and they got back to me almost immediately. The woman I spoke with on the phone had an answer for every one of my questions, was very informative and very nice. The technician showed up and was great. Walked us through the whole process, very professional and knowledgeable as well. So glad we switched from the last terrible company we used.
