Doug texts the day before his service is scheduled & another text about five minutes before he arrives, always verifying it's convenient for me. He's always pleasant & ready with information pertaining to my needs. He sprays the foundation & eves, then wipes out any spiderwebs hanging around. I can wholeheartedly recommend Doug for his professional services.

Our technician Sam (5 stars!!) is always amazing! He always takes the time to answer my question and is very knowledgeable about his job. I’ve loved San Joaquin Pest so far. Their prices are reasonable and they’re thorough. We had an initial interior and exterior spray when we moved into our home, and since we hadn’t had any issues with pests. We had a flea infestation out of the walls that we hadn’t known about, hundreds of fleas coming out of the cracks of the house, and we contacted Brian Benton, the pest guy for our area, and he came out and did a quick spray for the situation and then we had him come back a week later and spray the entire floor of our house. Their prices are reasonable and they’re thorough in helping you actually solve your problems without additional hidden fees. Overall, great experience and I highly recommend this service.

Promise a three visit treatment and only came twice I had to cancel once because I was involved in a serious car accident so I wasn’t able to follow up on the third treatment now they say it’s to late and won’t come out or refund last treatment. Lady on the phone is super rude and not helpful. I have on my ring camera the guy spent five minutes in my house during the times he was here and I called to ask about that and she said she would follow up and I never heard anything back. Have on camera him sucking the pest control out of his sprayer so how effective is it?

Been battling ants and spiders for months. Made 1 phone call and Doug came out for my 1st bi-monthly service and did an incredible thorough service. I can already see the results from the spraying he did today. Thank you again Technician 13 Doug Gong.
