Seaport has been amazing when it comes to any insect or mice issues we have had. All the technicians have been great but Tim who came to help with rodent prevention was very thorough and informative. You can tell he really cares about his job and making sure the customer is happy!

Jerry was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He showed up right on time unlike most companies who come by the end of the given time frame. Jerry explained the process prior to beginning and answered any questions I had with confidence. At the end of the visit he provided a treatment summary card with a detailed service report which was wonderful to keep for our records. He was very understanding of my high energy dog and went above and beyond completing his tasks even with the added chaos of my dog trying to befriend him and steal his attention. Great company, very helpful and knowledgeable. Tim came by and explained about the difference types of traps and prevention measures and how they work. Everyone has been mindful of our cat and dog and make sure the traps are set in safe areas. My mom and I are glad to have them help with the rodent and pest prevention for winters on Cape cod.

Let me get started about Tim. He came to my home around 12:00 to do some pest treatment on the outside of the house. He came to the door and told me about his plan in a very professional tone and stature. We got to talking and i told him about these weird "fruit flies" that i have been seeing inside. He told me some much great information about the different types and even some solutions to fix the problems i have been having. He was incredible. Not only that he finished up his service in spectacular timing. I would recommend Tim to anyone, great job.

Jerry was here today and did a thorough job of cleaning cobwebs and “dusting” the exterior for winter. Very friendly and accommodating and he was nice to my dogs! Highly recommend.
