I have been with them for over 20 years never had problems. I recommended my sister,mother and daughter to them, they are very satisfied with them also. Kasey is very friendly and does a great job! I have my house sprayed regularly. Highly recommend this company.

Called Sentinel because I had a big hornets nest on the back of my house. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and gave me a price estimate. Within that week a technician named Greg showed up right on time and in a matter of minutes got to work and got the nest sprayed. He said to check it in a couple of days and if I still noticed activity around the nest to call back. I waited 3 days and still noticed a few around the nest so called back and talked to Greg and he was able to come by right away and respray. That seemed to do the trick and eliminated the remaining hornets. When I received their bill in the mail the charge was at the lowest end of the price range estimate I was given on the phone so I was very happy about that. All in all I am very pleased with their service and would use them again in the future!

UPDATE: After I made this review they came out straight away. Haven't seen any wasps since and hope it stays that way :) I will say when I originally set up and appointment everything went smoothly! They are completely reasonably priced and everything. However, I had them come spray for some wasps and the wasps have continued to stick around. So, I called within my 45 days to have someone come and retreat. They'll answer the phone and say someone will call to set up an appointment or swing by and... NOTHING. I've called multiple times and they just kept saying oh we'll get someone out there/someone will call you back. Now its outside of the 45 days so I guess I am outta luck!

We had bed bugs, Sentinel Pest Control killed them off after 1 heat treatment. They gave me paper instructions on how to prepare for the heat treatment. The salesman had some good additional information about bed bug behavior which he shared. They did an excellent job of heat treating our house. Killed the bed bugs off. They have been gone for well over 2 years. (I followed the paper directions. I also actively (regularly) cleaned up the bed bugs with duck tape(on the bed and the couch)). Also ran the dryer regularly with pillows and blankets.

Haven’t used the service yet, definitely will. Called about an ant problem, and the woman I talked to couldn’t have been nicer. Answered all my questions with honest answers and helpful tips. No pressure and no hard sell push to sign a contract! Very pleasant experience thus far!
