I have had SVPC doing my properties for “ Years” and I never worry or check on them as they are always there, as scheduled, and follow thru, and if they find any problems the techs report it or take care of it and let me know!! They are a Company that “Treats your property just like they “own it personally”…. A company like that is known as “AKEEPER”…. Thanks to all the SVPC Team!!! Hilda Hoffman Arnold PS: Their Office Team with Ann are a pleasure to work with an always treat you as a “personal friend” not just a walk in off the street ! Thanks SVPC Team 👍🏃🏻♀️🏃♂️🏃🏻♀️🏃♂️🏃🏻♀️🏃♂️

-0 and life threatening is the correct fitting... "Severe Violation of Safety Standards and Reckless Endangerment" I am compelled to warn the public about the dangerous practices of the owner of this so called company, whose actions have severely violated Arizona's safety standards and placed my life in jeopardy. Under Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 32, Chapter 22, pest control operators must provide proper identification and disclose all chemicals used " before " any treatment. In this case, the exterminator blatantly disregarded these legal requirements, failing to provide the company's name or a list of the substances being used, despite my documented history of a life-threatening anaphylactic reaction after his first "forced" initial treatment. By attempting to proceed with the application of hazardous chemicals without providing the necessary safety information or implementing any precautionary measures, the exterminator demonstrated a reckless disregard for my health and safety. This constitutes not only a gross violation of professional and legal standards but also reckless endangerment, as defined under Arizona law. Such behavior represents a clear threat to public health and safety and must not be tolerated. I urge others to avoid this company entirely, as their conduct indicates a willingness to compromise human life for the sake of expedience, in blatant violation of Arizona’s regulatory requirements. The community deserves better than a pest control operator who prioritizes convenience over compliance with life-saving safety standards.

Terrible customer service or a better way to describe it would be no customer service. They came out and treated our house less then 30 days ago and they give a 30 day guarantee. Problem is that they'll only come out and spot treat, they won't come and redo the treatment. If you want them to redo the treatment they want the regular fee of $55. Their receptionist Ann was also very condescending when she spoke with my wife. She also didn't seem to concerned that Sierra Pest was losing a customer. No question as to why I was cancelling my account, no attempt to regain my business. Seems to me they don't care about the customers that they serve.

Courteous, thorough, professional, I was VERY satisfied with their service-and I'm not easy to please! Highly recommended. I read last one star review and I do not think that was typical of the service I got...also from the Web it's quicker to kill any roaches you see with watered down dish soap- used a dish soap bottle and just squeezed it right @ them, works for spiders too. He also used a brush to scoop up spider webs! (On outside of this apartment).

Great service. Friendly. Because of my specific situation they gave me great advice to fix the problem on my own at a lesser price. I contacted services anyway for convenience. Thank you Sierra Vista Pest Control
