Alex is great! Very friendly, and more importantly- thorough. After his visit here back in late spring- we haven't had a carpenter bee since...nor a yellow jacket problem, which we've had every year we've been here. It's been a great summer. Alex was just here earlier as we took on an Agreement with STBPC following that first visit to come out every season. It's important to defend the home against pests who can do some severe damage. I had bee nest in ceiling and my house was warming with upwards of 50 yellow jackets. I called Simply the Best and they responded right away. The tech Brandon showed up quickly and explained the thing to me before he started working. He was very informative and did a great job in spraying the problem areas. I was still at work when my technician arrived. I checked out the area when I got home and was thrilled that I had no more wasps/ yellow jackets. I don't wrangle with them in any way. I am very pleased with the service received thus far. We had a Yellow Jacket nest on the exterior of our house. Wasps were entering the house (we never found from where). The office personnel were very pleasant and supportive. I got an appointment right away. The technician, Joe, was very friendly and tried to find where they might be entering from. He treated the nest and did a walk around the house to see if there were other issues. I am very happy. Great job!

I have to say, the representative, Craig, who did my pest control this morning was absolutely wonderful. He seemed very knowledgeable and concerned about taking care of the issue. He gave me pointers, things to look out for. I truly appreciate his professionalism. He should be training people.

Joe of Simply the Best Pest control services did a fantastic job of walking through the inside and outside of the house with me, to check on all the trouble spots. Joe was polite, professional, dedicated and very good at his job. He knew and shared alot of information I wasn't aware of. I highly recommend Joe and Simply the Best for your pest control needs. We have peace of mind because of this company's due diligence. Today, October, 2025,Gabriel arrived in the morning, to inspect our garage for a live rodent spotted last night. Seems it, or its friends, had been hanging out in our garage for a while. Gabriel helped me spot remnants of "gifts" left behind. Together we made room and set more traps along the walls. I got rid of alot of clutter and Gabriel also helped by putting two more big traps outside and checked the basement traps. He was very thorough, courteous, professional and helpful. Said he spotted a live mouse on one of the traps outside. Then he showed me some of the entry points I wasn't aware of. Very helpful and very nice young man, and a good worker. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very thorough, and reasonably priced.
