Zack is the best!! I was worried after losing arguably the best exterminator on the team, but I was assigned Zack recently and after a few visits he has proven himself to be knowledgeable, handy and helpful in his field and beyond. He even caught a that I didn’t notice helping me avoid a major problem in the near future.
