Jay cleaned up our infestation problem in 2017. We're selling our home and the inspection raised the possibility of a current infestation. Jay came out, on time, and did a comprehensive review. The baited traps he left in the attic had not been tripped and all exclusion work was intact. He provided a comprehensive report that will satisfy the buyers. I had the report before he left - thorough and included pictures. Highly recommend!

I've been using Smart Solutions and am a monthly subscriber and receive quarterly treatments (or more often if I wish) and couldn't be more pleased. We had the usual suspects (roaches, spiders, centipedes) and they have disappeared since Jay's team started treating (even the outdoor spiders).
