Great company, I’ve know the owner for years and he puts nothing short of his all into everything he does. I can guarantee he keeps his technicians educated and up to date on all product information. Having worked in the pest industry myself I know everything Ian uses is the best you can get. Great company that does a great job!

So they have been to my house once in five months make sure they do make sure that they take the money out and get paid. A fellow me here. Drop down some sticky pad and a ridiculous amount of bait Which Grew fungus , said that they put in for an inspection on these sticky pads in two weeks ,nobody showed up, then the guy told me that sat down with me, (con man,) that they come and spray every month. My sister was on the phone with me and she said oh yeah that’s good. I get every three months, but I read the paperwork and it said once every three months . I had to call to get a guy here in my garage just to spray cause I saw a couple bugs but otherwise they have not been here on contract , every three months and loaded my kitchen up with the bate, I mean, loaded my kitchen up with bait all over the place and it grew fungus ..I’ll be cancel my contract. Maybe you all can see this , maybe now you get back to me. so I will call them Solve pest “CONS”not Solve pest pros. I asked the guy on the phone who plans on coming and cleaning all this up so if any of my animals get sick from falling on the floor because I don’t know every single spot that they put it Believe you me , you will be hearing from my lawyer

So don’t really know how I feel about solve, I’ve only had them for a few months, but when the first time they treated our lawn for fire ants, didn’t work we have more piles then ever, fast forward 3 months later which is today, they came back cause of this problem only to find out they treated my neighbors yard and said they did ours after telling my wife our address, guys I have a ring camera don’t lie! So my wife called them back and told them no they didn’t do ours. So the guy started doing our front yard, and yes I was watching my camera, I seen him go half way and the pellets ran out so he stopped, my wife also told him to do by our front door because we have lots of ant piles there. By the way, my wife is deathly allergic to fire ants where she has to carry around EpiPen’s. The guy told her he baited by the front door, which is also a lie! because I have a camera guys!!!!! He didn’t go near our door. And to top it off, doesn’t even look like he did the backyard. I went over to my neighbor‘s yard and looked at his. I see pellets around all the piles I go to my yard not one pellet on any pile. So I’m giving this two stars to this company just because they said they are coming back Saturday to really get rid of them which makes no sense to me. Why not do it today when you were here. So I will see if they really fix it for us. So I’m paying 60 something dollars a month for nothing. Thanks guys Way too SOLVE a problem. Here’s some pictures by the front door with the ant piles. Adam is an absolute phenomenal Technician. We don’t have any pest issues but, we use solve to prevent them. Adam was beyond courteous, professional and just a nice person. I told him some of my concerns with my animals and my soon to be son(any day now) and he went out of his way to only spray the needed areas. As I watched him he did is job with diligence and pride.
