Our technician, Lane is amazing! He kept us informed of his ETA, is respectful, kind and thorough. Not only did he come prepared with shoe covers, he made sure to intentionally listen to my concerns so he can ensure the best course of treatment was implemented. We started with Specter when we were living in Tennessee and have had them for over 3 1/2 years. Their service has always been great and it's good to know that it is not contingent upon location, but the company has a whole. We love the unlimited reservice and appreciate always being able to get on the schedule fast.
