We are new to this service but by the amount of time the technician spent here I'm encouraged about the level of service. Ivan is a wonderful servant to the community. He's always polite, and notifies us before beginning, and as he's finished.

We had an excellent experience with Specter Pest Control!! They are incredibly easy to work with, and communicate with. The two men who came to do our inspection and extermination were both so kind and informative. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been wonderful. In our experience, I feel like they went above and beyond and I’m so grateful! We will use them again if and when we need their services.

Update: I did receive a call on Saturday and the charge to our account was removed. Two technicians returned today (Monday) much better prepared and professional. The yellow jacket nest has been treated and I was advised to call back if I noted any additional activity from the nest after 48 hours. I will continue to update my review as the issue is resolved. We called to have a yellow jacket nest removed. They gave is a quote of $249 for a one time treatment and REMOVAL. The technician showed up and told me they don’t remove the nest. He said they just heavily spray the area. Mind you, this nest is under a very thick evergreen tree next to our house. He then asked if he could pull his truck up close to the tree so he could spray the area from inside the truck. I watched him through the window and he did spray the area from about 20 feet away not in the truck. So he has been sent to take care of an issue without the proper protection to adequately access and treat the issue. I called the office and expressed my concern and was placed on hold. After 10 minutes I was told that a second visit would be required for removal of the nest by someone with protective gear. I went back out to speak to the technician who was on the phone with Ryan who I had been speaking too and admitted that someone else with the appropriate equipment should have been sent. He said that the office was on the phone with my husband arranging the return visit to complete the job. When my husband got home he indicated he had not talked to anyone regarding a follow up visit. Later that evening we received notification that we had been billed the full amount for job that was not complete and we are left with sprayed bushes and mad swarming yellow jackets. This company says they ‘will make it right” and they better. BBB is my next call.

Jackson from Specter Pest was an outstanding technician. He clearly knows his craft — highly knowledgeable, efficient, and detail-oriented. On top of that, he was incredibly courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all our questions patiently, and made the entire service experience smooth and stress-free. Today I had the pleasure of working with Jaylen from Specter Pest Control for the second time, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with his professionalism and attention to detail. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that Jaylen values not only his work but also the relationships he builds with his clients. I was genuinely amazed that he remembered not only our “human” names but also several of my furry and feathered companions' names, which speaks volumes about his dedication to customer service. What truly has set Jaylen apart is his ability to work seamlessly around my 6 rescue dogs and over 30 chickens and roosters. Unlike previous experiences with other technicians, my pets were calm and uninterested in chasing him or treating him as a chew toy 😳 an impressive feat! His polite demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions with patience made the entire experience stress-free. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional and professional service provided by Jaylen and the Specter team. They have consistently met my needs while ensuring that my home and yard remain pest-free, all without adding any additional stress to my tiny "wanna be farm." Brandon has servicing my house for about a year and does a great job every time. Super friendly and nice and knows his stuff! Have had other technicians come out and they are all always very knowledgeable and friendly! Do recommend!

10/30/2025 Thank you Specter and service technician Cheaghan for my quarterly check up! Each visit is completely unique from the other. They come with fresh eyes & problem solving skills which is necessary in these changing seasons. If you’re searching for pest control support, you can book Specter (a family owned business) with complete confidence. They are earning a customer for life! 9/22/25 One of the benefits of using the Specter Pest Control quarterly service is, if you have a pest issue in between treatments, they’ll come for no additional charge. We had a wasp problem in our new outdoor ceiling fan. Thank you Cheaghan for “exiting” about 20 wasps (glad you didn’t get stung!). Thanks Specter for always sending your best - I continue being a very happy client. 8/19/25 Q3 is here and the best part of this Q3 is when Specter Pest Control comes. Our service tech today was Cheaghan. He was so courteous & professional, asking all the right questions specific to OUR home, not just general home questions. It demonstrates that this company is a home by home business designed for what the client needs. Bonus, Cheaghan found a tree frog & was careful to keep him comfortable while he treated the yard. Q4 can’t come soon enough - we feel very well taken care of by Specter! 5/5/25 Thank you Dalton for going the extra mile today! You took care to avoid our bird’s nest (re: treatment) & also took time out to talk to the neighbor about their pest control needs. Specter never disappoints! 4/23/25 Another great visit! I look forward to my quarterly service accompanied by a smile, hard work, & all the assurances I receive from Specter. Luke was my service tech today & he tackled those massive ant hills like nobody’s business - thank you Luke! - Specter Pest Management is family owned (which I like!), and every technician who comes is courteous, professional, educational, and delightful! Specter always does a great job with our pest control and Brandon is a great technician! He’s professional, friendly, and quick with his work while doing an awesome job taking care of our property. The value for the service is excellent as well. Five stars!

Very through and excellent communicator! He did a great job not only checking in but checking out with me when he was finished. He put the customer first and did a great job listening to my issues and concerns and was excellent at problem solving.. He deserves a ton of recognition your sales office with management and other techicians. I am so happy with changing over to Specter Pest Control from Waynes.

He notified me that he was on his was which was helpful. Very professional and pleasant. Explained what he was going to do first if it was ok with me. Very nice to be asked instead of barging in. I have no complaints. A very positive experience and he deserves a 10 out of 10.
