Driver of one of the company vehicles was yelling and extremely rude when they were inconvenienced with a 1 minute long wait on a road during a delivery. I was completely unimpressed and would hope someone driving a company vehicle would understand that they are representing the whole company when they act like this.

Sterling Insect and Lawn Control has provided organic mosquito prevention since our daughter was married in our back yard 11 years ago. We have always been pleased with their service and quality of the products they use near the lake. But this past weekend I was amazed and delighted by their commitment to their customers. A highly anticipated party on Saturday prompted me to call and ask if there was any chance of getting sprayed for mosquitos before 5 p.m. Lois and her husband were here by 8 a.m. after the rains stopped. As the party wound down (well after the mosquito hour) we were able to stay outdoors on the deck without slapping and scratching. We are so very happy with their response to our last-minute call and feel that Sterling deserves a special shout out on Google for their efforts.

Professional service who does what they say they will do. The primary service we’ve been using during the last 6 years is mosquito & tick control. Rainy seasons are tough which we experienced 2 of the 6 years we’ve been using the service. However, 4 of the 6 years, we have been mosquito free. Amazing results in a wooded area. We continue to use Sterling each year b/c they have been dependable & we’ve seen solid results from this company.

We have been very pleased with the mosquito treatment by Sterling. We have used the back deck in the early evening for entertaining without intrusion by mosquitos. A pleasure to take back our yard for outside use. The lawn looks very good – I expect the sterling lawn treatment was helped with more rain, but never the less; it is better than it has been for years. Very responsive to email and phone messages.

Sterling took great care of my lawn. I had issues with Grubs and Ticks the previous summer and they did a great job of cleaning up my problem. No ticks on my dog and the birds were not digging up my lawn looking for lunch. Sterling always came when they were scheduled and gave me instructions if there were additional things I could do to keep my lawn looking great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
