I highly recommend Sudden Death for your pest control needs. I have worked with them several times in the past. Each time they have been super responsive and accommodating to my schedule. My latest service appointment, with Nicole, went exceptionally well! She went above and beyond to help educate tenants within my property. Nicole answered questions and spent extra time speaking with them even about things unrelated to pest control. She was extremely professional and understanding. Pest control isn’t something that I like having to worrying about, but these guys make it easy and get the job done.

I've been using Sudden Death for years. They are a great local company, great value, and fantastic customer service and communication. When we had a termite issue, they came and dealt with it quickly and efficiently. Nikki does our service now and we appreciate her knowledge and support. As an added bonus she's very kind to our dogs.

We signed up as a quarterly customer with Sudden Death Pest Control. From the beginning, it has been a great experience. Billy assisted me with scheduling to ensure we could get our first service before the rain and holiday weekend. The price was fair for what is covered. Nicole came to our house yesterday for our initial service and she was amazing! She had a smile on her face and was so friendly. She listened to my concerns and was very reassuring that she would handle the issues we were having. She was also so kind to my kids! The Sudden Death Termite & Pest team are the best! Billy will respond to my email with 24 hours and we are placed on the schedule within 24-72 hrs. Billy, Nikki and Joey are knowledgeable and take care of everything, to include making suggestions when appropriate. We have been dedicated customers since 2021!

My daughter called them because we were having a hornet issue. She talked to Billy Wednesday afternoon and he scheduled service for the next day between 2 & 3. After she hung up, she found two more areas where the hornets were nesting. Two extremely nice guys (one was Billy's brother) showed up at 2:15 Thursday, talked with her about the problem, walked around the area with her and started working on the hornets. They were done in about 20 minutes and on their way. They said it could take as long as 72 hours for them to all be gone, but we haven't seen any hornets since Thursday evening. They know what they are doing, and they are great with customers! I wouldn't call anyone else, ever again. They are great and the pricing was extremely reasonable as well. Thank you, Sudden Death!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Sudden Death! From start to finish, they’ve been absolutely amazing. When they first came out to treat my house, they were so thorough and professional. What really impressed me was the follow-up they actually checked in to see how things were going, which you just don’t get with most companies. It wasn’t just about doing a job and moving on they genuinely wanted to make sure the problem was solved and that I was happy with the results. I had emailed several pest control companies for quotes, the majority of which just tried to push contracts on me and kept pushing when I said I wasn’t interest. Sudden Death got back to me quickly, Billy was straight up and honest. He did not act like a used car salesman and try to upsell me, he didn’t even try to tie me into a contract. That made me choose their services. The actual pest control has been great. I had some questions and Billy sent the same crew back immediately to take care of some small areas. I just had another treatment today, and surprise, it’s the same crew! Seeing the same faces each time, to me, means Sudden Death treats their employees right and they don’t have insane turnover like I’ve seen in the past at other pest control companies (a new person at my door every treatment). The treatments work and I know if I have any issues, they’ll take care of it. It’s super easy to pay online, very convenient. No paper bills being mailed, no annoying spam emails, just an honest company with awesome people perfecting their craft.
