Summit has been the only company I trust with pest management duties around my house. Whenever an uninvited guest (or guests) decide to drop by, Summit is always quick to respond and all the technicians (Justin is the latest) are always personable and give great explanations as to why the critters are showing up and the best approach to dealing with them. Summit to the rescue! My mom was already big fan of their work and I confirm her high opinion. My phone call was quickly returned, appointment set for just a couple days later, and most importantly the experience today with their termite expert Justin was stellar. He quickly and thoroughly assessed the issue, took action, and has promised to return in two weeks if need be. In addition to being an all-around nice person, he kindly answered every OCD question I had and gave specific advice on related home improvement options outside of Summit’s domain.
