He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all my questions. I especially appreciated how cautious and considerate he was around my dog — it really showed he cared. To make an appointment is an easy phone call, the office sends a reminder, the tech shows up promptly, and billing is handled by email. The whole process is quick and efficient.
