I started using Sunrise Pest after a couple glowing recommendations from my friends, and let me tell you, they were not wrong! I called, explained the issue I was having in my home, and they were quick to help; they were able to treat my home the next day! On top of quick service, the technician that came was respectful, knowledgeable, and proficient. I was still seeing some bug activity after a week and I gave them a call, they were quick to come back out and further treat. After that, my home is back to a pest free zone! I could not recommend a better pest control company, AND they are family owned and operated, which is perfect if you like to support your community like I do!

Hunter was great! He helped with my routine pest control as well as a new found ghost ant issue. He answered all my questions and was super friendly and officiant at his job. Will definitely be using Sunrise again, was a great experience and the ghost ants have already started dying!

This company clearly struggles with organization and professionalism. While one of their pest control techs is incredibly kind, the other is heartless and rude. Because of my own service, I referred them to my grandmother—big mistake. She had a termite issue, and instead of offering help or solutions, they belittled her and told her, “That’s what happens when you live in a mobile home.” They even said that if she couldn’t afford termite treatment, she shouldn’t have bought one in the first place. That kind of comment is not only unprofessional, it’s cruel. My grandmother cried for two days over how she was treated until I found another company who was compassionate, capable, and took care of the issue with a simple spot treatment. On top of that, their office is disorganized and completely unable to take accountability for their mistakes. They mix up payments, blame the customer when things go wrong, and instead of working toward a resolution, they resort to threats. That doesn’t sit well with me. I’ve worked with many companies—lawn services, pool cleaning, pest control—and never had an experience this bad. I’ll be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and making sure others are aware of how they treat people.

I pay for a service, I expect someone to do it well. You will NOT find that with this company. Call Massey, but avoid these people.

I want to commend Scott and Ron at Sunrise Pest, St. Cloud, FL, for the excellent job they both did getting rid of the ant infestation I had this season. I was beside myself with fear that the ants were never going to leave each of my two bathrooms. But, through persistence and perseverance, these two men got rid of them confidently. I am so grateful and happy with their work.
