I just recently switched pest control services to Sureguard lawn and pest and our technician Raynard was great! He listened to all of our concerns and was very detailed in taking care of the house which I really appreciate. He has a very warm personality and takes pride in his work! I am very glad we switched service companies!

Colton is always punctual, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable to our needs. We are always happy to see Colton when our service is due. Great experience with Sureguard! Good communication with the company prior to the service. Terrance provided our service and was thorough, efficient, and polite. He answered all of our questions and was very professional. Highly recommend!

Do not do business with this company. They have a third party company setting up their appointments. They give out false information and carefully word things that take advantage of the customers. I signed up for bimonthly service and was expecting to be charged only the month I was receiving the service but instead was charged again 2 weeks after my first visit! Cost me $50 for October and they don't even come to my home!! They would not refund my money!! Look elsewhere!!

Rey Esteban is consistent with the quality of his work. I appreciate the advanced phone call and his timely arrival. He also covers his shoes with the bootie to protect my floors. Terrance provided exceptional service and was very professional. He was knowledgeable and provided clear and easy instructions for what to look out for over the next couple weeks while the spray/bait does its work. Just wanted to update after the initial spray, two weeks later & I haven’t seen any roaches or bugs at all (that weren’t dead). Also another shout out to Terrance, I didn’t notice originally, but he really went above and beyond and got rid of a large hornets nest and spider webs that were becoming an issue on the outside of my house. So thanks again Sureguard :) Yall rock.

I hate leaving bad reviews. Sureguard did try to come as soon as they could and they did offer “free inspection”. I called them last Tuesday to help locate and get RID of suspected wasp nest as we noted tons of wasps in our house. We somehow missed them on our appt day because they had the wrong number and didn’t call me when they were 20-30min out. They rescheduled me for today. Austin came out and was in our home for about 2 minutes. He texted me and told me it was in the chimney and that I just needed to smoke them out by turning on chimney for 1-2 hours. He said it was free of charge. I thought wow what great service. I was wondering why they didn’t need to remove a nest etc but apparently he said this is the problem and no need for any further services. We open up the damper and something falls out and turn on the fireplace and within seconds we realize a portion of a live wasps nests has literally fallen into the fireplace and now swarms of wasps are flying into our living room. We text Austin and he says yea just smoke them out??!? I’m like they are literally just flying down from chimney and out into our home not including the live nest that is now angry and swarming out from the actual fireplace. He responds they don’t live long in your house they will die. I call a professional chimney sweeper who tells me to immediately close the damper and shut off Fireplace as wasps are drawn to warmth and likely more nests up in chimney and we could ruin our chimney and cause more wasps to fly into our home. I know it is likely my fault for following their advice and technically they didn’t charge for any services but I trusted the professional exterminators advice. I guess I’m confused why they would offer such bad advice. I did a simple Google search and it literally says do not smoke out wasps from your fireplace?? The chimney sweeper was like yea that is bad advice. I wish I had never called sureguard. Or I wish they actually could have done a more thorough job and gotten rid of the nests- which is why I called them out instead of popping by for 2 minutes and giving horrible advice and now having to deal with hordes of angry wasps (like 50 or more)
