Used SureShot after having a ground bee issue. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and prompt. He explained everything he found and made recommendations to help prevent future issues.

I am not real happy. Response time has been non existent or very slow. I have addressed an ongoing issue for about 3 months now in our house. We complained last year and it still continues. They are working with a University to find out exactly what these pest are. But I have paid repeatedly to get these things out of our house. My wife is PISSED to say the least. I hope we have better results soon.
