I had an absolutely fantastic experience with my Terminix technician, **Patrick**! From the moment he arrived, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to inspect every part of my home, explained what he was doing along the way, and addressed all my questions with patience and clarity. Patrick didn’t just do the job—he went above and beyond, identifying problem areas I hadn’t even noticed and making sure every corner was properly treated. Good service. The Professional showed up on time. Sergio is a serious and efficient professional. He explained all the steps needed to complete the process and gave us important information about how to control the ants we have. Service 100% recommendable.

Terrible Service – Avoid Miami Terminix! If I could give them zero stars, I would. I’ve been a customer for 19 years, paying the annual fee for maintenance/warranty, and the service has been nothing short of awful. I’ve called them six times, and while they’ve come out five times for inspections, they have found obvious signs of termites (see attached photos) but have done nothing to resolve the issue. I had to escalate my concerns to their corporate office three times just to get a response from them saying a local manager would call me back, and I’m still waiting for a response. They are quick to take your money and eager to charge for services, but when it comes time for them to honor the warranty, they disappear—no calls, no follow-ups, no service. Save yourself the frustration and go with a more reliable pest control company. Miami Terminix does not stand by their commitments!

Service is always great. They advise you days ahead of when they’ll come out to perform the service. On the day of the service, the technician lets you know when he estimates he’ll arrive. They go beyond my expectations.

We are truly happy with the termite service. They were on time and we could even move back to our place sooner than we expected. Our agent, Beatriz Osorio was very professional, friendly and helped us through the process. We recommend this company without hesitation.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I had a small termite infestation in my hardwood floors. Terminix came out and treated the house and I have been paying for their inspections and service for 2 years. The termites have never been eliminated and they have traveled from one end of my house to the other destroying the wood floors. I am now replacing $5,000 in hardwood floors plus any underlying damage. There is no warranty for repairs, just retreating which obviously is not effective. They were scheduled to come yesterday but cancelled and rescheduled for today 10-1. It’s almost 3:00 and no one has showed and I can’t reach anyone. You can’t call the location directly; only the main number where you remain on hold forever. Never hire Terminix! It is a waste of money!

Beatriz Osorio the inspector was very detailed in her explanation and was knowledgeable about everything. She explained all the intricate details on the tenting process which is quite a lot. Dennis Velasquez is awesome on our routine service and was thorough in sending us to get the inspection after seeing termite droppings and wings.

I wish I could give zero stars. Do yourself a favor and find a different pest control company. We have been clients of Terminix since 2008 and it's been an awful experience. This branch is a joke. The technicians show up unannounced when you're at work, they look around for a minute, then say your home has been inspected. In all these years not one "inspector" had gone under our home to look for indications of termites. Well guess what? They missed and we have had to deal with subterranean termites that have basically destroyed the flooring and subfloors of our home. We have carried and paid for their termite insurance coverage since the beginning, but just try to get these people to respond of follow through with the claim process. They will avoid and not return calls or texts. They will give you lame excuse after excuse. We have been living in our home with damaged floors and Terminix simply refuses to return calls or do anything to fulfill their obligations. Don't bother calling the "Customer Service" number either. They just kick it back to the useless branch people who do NOTHING. This company is a joke. This branch is a joke. Find a local pest control that cares about their clients.

Our Service Technician Sergio Silva is awesome! He has been keeping us bug free for a few years now. He is always professional and patient to deal with our dog and our schedule for service. Primarily that is why we are still with Terminix. Thank you Sergio!
