Had a problem with a smoke detector in an apartment complex in Levelland and found roaches in the detector and all over the ceiling. It was a very clean apartment and was told the apartment above it was clean. Manager said she's had a roach problem in other units too. When manager asked what else she could do, the guy spraying said nothing. Apparently, they are using a cheaper or weaker spray than thet used to because I've never heard anything bad about them before today. Our regional manager told me other complexes in her region have gone to other companies too because of bad results.

I rated Terminix a 5 because, because the company is good 👍 at getting rid of pest. We've used back in days. Only complaint I have is that Feb 15 I come almost getting hit by one of the Terminix drivers. Lol, I honked at him and he scooted over back into his lane. No problem I thought it was all good? I keept on. Then I hear him give it gas looking in my passenger rear view mirror I noticed he's hauling butt . So he pulled up beside my passenger window looking at me crazy n I rolled down my passenger window asking him if he's OK? His window down looking at me like if I just did something wrong lol. He said he didn't get in my lane after I told him why I honked n that I have kids in car. He looked at me with hands giving me a who cares. I rolled up window n was hoping that he wasn't going to start trouble. By the way he acted he looking for trouble. My camera on car caught him doing what he was doing and not accepting it was a simple mistake. Rather pushing the gas n as a father I'm thinking OK he's a nut. 10 months ago a review was written by a motorcycle guy I'm just glad he didn't try it on me. He'd have to lawyer up because he would be the guy that lies to police until police see dash cam. God's good n nothing happened like that motorcycle review.

They apparently do not have much of a company vehicle driving policy or driving training. I was forced into a bar ditch to avoid a head on collision with one of their trucks. I made contact with a manager at the office by phone and let them know of what had almost occurred and followed up by visiting the office a couple days later only to learn that all the driver was told was that he needed to pay more attention. The driver said he never saw me which I find hard to believe since I was only a foot or so away from his driver side window and not to mention on a pretty loud Harley Davidson.

Always on time service! Their pest inspectors are above par from anyone else we’ve used and well above standard when it comes to friendliness. Admittedly we’ve forgot to pay our bill a few months back and their office team was very respectful and kind about our oversight. Can’t say that about many others to be sure! If you can request Jared Cresthman, you’ll be doing yourself a major favor - he’s the beat in the business and beyond knowledgeable on anything (yes anything) you have a problem with.

I’m battling leukemia and we thought we might’ve had fleas or mosquitoes in our house. But come to find out we did not have either. Manny’s customer service with Terminix was over the top. He said I’m not gonna charge you for something that you don’t have and I thought that was amazing. Terminex will be the only pest control company in our family from now on. You do not find workers like that anymore great job Manny. I look forward to seeing you guys in the future. If you’re looking for a pest control company you should definitely give Terminix a chance. The best customer service in town and best quality. Thank you again Manny.
