My Terminix technician Otis Patterson was very thorough and patiently answered all my questions. He reassured me that if I had any issues I could call and Terminix would come back. He was very polite and concerned about my home which I really appreciated. Otis did a wonderful job and I hope he will continue to be my technician going forward.
