We were hearing creatures in our attic for about a week. Terminix recommended the Exclusion service which essentially seals the house. They installed a temporary one way door that allowed the critters to leave but they’re unable to get back in. The critter was gone that first night and hasn’t returned. No more scratches in the ceiling and it’s guaranteed for 2 years!! Highly recommend their services if you are in need of pest control.

We have had a great experience with Terminix for over 35 years. I love the prompt service, knowledgeable and caring technicians we’ve had. So much so, that we recommended Terminix to our church a couple years ago. We especially appreciate Dan Towers. He’s gotten us through all the pitfalls of owning a home on the Cape and all the pests that come with it! From carpenter ants, coconut ants, mice and rats, to wasps and hornets… there’s nothing he won’t tackle! His knowledge is superior and his caring attitude a refreshing element in the service industry.

Bruce was thoroughly trying to find the cause of the small black beetles in my house. He communicated with me every step of the way on how to get rid of them. We have to find the source. They are in trying to get out. I did a thorough cleaning of my house washing walls floors wiping down cabinets and counters vacuuming and I disposed of my area rug. The small black beetles came back the next day. I would like some more hep as how to get grid of them. Thanks

I had a new leak in the roof after a storm and had a roofing company come and the plan was to do an emergency patch and schedule a roof replacement. After the leak I heard a critter in the ceiling/wall so had Terminix come out to assess from the Woburn branch. The guy who came to inspect said I had a bat problem in the attic and told me to not get the emergency roof repair and delay the roof for 2 months until the mating season is over and the wildlife people can come out and take care of the bats. A couple weeks later the service tech was here and I was telling him about the bats. He looked in the attic and told me there are no signs of bats and have never been any signs of bats and the original inspector is a salesman trying to make a sale but gave me completely false information. He said once I repair the roof that would solve whatever critter is getting into the ceiling. I asked about canceling the bat service that was still a month away and called the call center and was told someone from the branch would call me to discuss what was going on and a refund for that unneeded service. I never got a call but received an email over the weekend that my service had been canceled. I have been calling Terminex for 3 MONTHS now and have still not received a call from the branch. Every time I call the call center they tell me I’ll receive a call from the branch within 24-48 hours. They tell me they keep expediting my request for a refund for the bat service and the branch just keeps closing the case without calling me and without refunding me. There is no number to reach the branch directly. One of the ladies at the call center finally decided to set up another inspection for someone to come out which I figured I could at least speak to someone. I arranged my work schedule and they never showed up, no call just didn’t show up. I called to ask if they were coming and they told me they left a message for the inspector. I get a call later from the original inspector who gave me all the false information to make a sale and he said I was on his schedule but I had an inspection a month a half ago so he decided not to show up- didn’t call or ask just didn’t show up. When I explained what was going on he told me he would have everything resolved by Monday (it was Friday that he called me) and told me to only speak to him and not to call the call center. He has since ignored my calls and has not resolved anything. Everyone I spoke to at the call center says they have no power to do anything and there is no way for them to put me in touch the branch, give me a phone number or anything. Not only was I given false information and paid for a service that I didn’t need, it also delayed the roof and kept a leaking area. I would never recommend anyone use them! Can’t trust the inspection and then it’s an absolute nightmare to get ahold of anyone to resolve any potential problems. It’s been 3 months and I still have not been able to speak to the branch manager and they still have my money.

Our sales representative Mike Sullivan came to my house because of a rodent situation. Mike explained 3 different solutions to my husband and I and we decided upon having the area around the entire house called with a metal. We paid on the spot $2,500 for this service and an additional &250 to have traps set. The first person that came to the house said he was only there to set the traps and had no clue about calking the foundation. I called Mike Sullivan and explained what happened and he said he would send someone else. The second person said the calking of the foundation was only a month old and the majority of the employees were not trained to use it. I called Terminix and canceled the plan and asked my $2,500 be returned to my checking account. After 8 phone calls, being assured I would receive a phone call from Dean a manager in addition to getting my $2,500 money returned nothing has happened. I now am forced to take time off from work and spend money for an attorney. Please look at the reviews for this company. They have had class action law suits against the company. BEWARE of this company. FRAUD.
