Horrible customer service! My husband had made an appointment for pest control at our home for today with a window for the technician to arrive from 3-5pm. The technician texted my husband the day of to say he would not make it do to not being in the area and tried to reschedule. Why make an appointment if it’s not going to be honored. When my husband tried to call and ask to speak for a manager to discuss this he was hung up on. When he called back, he was told that speaking to a manager “was not going to happen” and then when asked for a refund he was placed on hold without ever being told why and was left on hold for over 10 minutes

I recently had my home serviced by Terminix, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment the technician (Chad) arrived, it was clear he was knowledgeable, straightforward, and very professional. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my property, address my questions, and explain the treatment plan in detail. I appreciated the clear communication and transparency as he ensure my home was well-protected. If you’re looking for reliable and effective pest control, I highly recommend Terminix!

Jared, our tech is great. He always contacts us a couple of days before to let us know when he’s coming and then again on day of service. He answers all questions or concerns we may have. He does a great job for us.
