The Terminix representative did a thorough job of pest control. He emailed me a complete summary of pest control actions he took while here. He did not require entering our house on this visit.

The attendant specified the treatment that would be completed for today, did so in a timely manner and verified the next visit. He was polite in clarifying the service and product he supplied today without an interruption to our daily routine thanks for aasisting in the protection of our home and we appreciate your service to provide a clean and safe environment.

This was a follow-up from my first visit. The gentleman that showed up used a extender brush to take care of all of my spider webs and went around the building. He sprayed informed me to keep my dogs inside for an hour and a half. Overall I was very very pleased with his professionalism and what he did for me today

I receive a text about a week before, the day before and then a text giving me a time frame of arrival the day of. I receive an after service text as well. The communication is great. The service is great too because there are no bugs in the house.

Ed Phillips sprayed my house six feet up down siding and left my house looking like this. He was told he would no longer be doing my service but he then put it in as he came did my service a week and half later and he was never here! Tyler MCPEAK did my service and did a great job even though he couldn’t put it in cause Ed lied and said he was here! I’ve given pictures to branch manager!
