We had Terminix come out today for a concern at our home. Kevin was amazing! He was very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain what was going on and shared how we can be proactive to prevent any issues. He made us feel reassured and confident in the service. 0/5 stars. This company was hired to put down rat poison on my neighbors yard on 7/31. They put the poison loosely next to our property fence (not in a container) and it got on my side of the fence, which is a violation of the Chicago MC 7-28-150 of needing poison to be in a container/other guard to prevent pets/children from accessing it. My dog ate the poison that was spread on the side of my property's fence, Generation Blue Max Meal (active ingredient Difethialone), and I had to take her to the emergency vet. They induced vomiting, treated her, and she'll need to be on a medication for the next month to ensure the poison doesn't kill her. I'm out $900 and some of my sanity because my dog is my registered ESA. I've filed a complaint with the city of Chicago.
