The technician's name was Alan Greene and he did a very thorough job following up on an issue we had had at both our church and parsonage. He explained what he was doing and gave recommendations to help us with our issue. Excellent service!

We bought an Exclusion Contract when we were having problems in the attic. It covered extermination and remedying the entry points plus follow up checks to make sure they didn’t come back ( they were flying squirrels!!) Richard Delvalle, our technician was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and was able to find all of the entry points. He has made several return visits to check the traps
