Tom Wallace was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. And even went as far as acknowledging the existence of my children! Most vendors that come to my residence just ignore them when they say hi. Highly recommend!

I’ve had Terminex for some time now. Tom Wallace has been coming to my home to perform pest service for me and the communication is great. He is always willing to help with any questions I have and he goes above and beyond with his customer service! Thank you Tom and Terminex! I will definitely be continuing using them!

As always, another 5 star review for Tom. Great customer service as expectations for the timing of the appt were set and a full summary post appt. Tom always does great work and ensures I am aware of all steps he is taking. When working inside the house he is super clean and very careful w all spraying and maintenance.
