I have had Terminix covering my house for a few years now and have had the best service from them. My termite technician (Brandon) came by today and was extremely nice, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to hear my concerns and address them, take notes for the pest control technician, and make sure I was satisfied with everything. Top notch service and customer service.

My service tech SAVANNAH BOURGEOIS, always goes above and beyond. What I love the most is the detailed service text that she sends to me explaining everything she did. Today I wasn’t home and she reminded me my garage door was still up after her service was complete. Thank you Savannah for always providing great customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Terminix has been a complete disaster from start to finish, characterized by constant no-shows, shoddy workmanship, and what feels like fraudulent billing practices. The core of the problem was their complete lack of reliability. In a single year, the technician was a no-show for our scheduled service three separate times. Of those three missed appointments, we only received a phone call once to let us know they couldn't make it. For the other two, they simply marked the service as "complete" on their paperwork, despite never setting foot on our property. This is not only unprofessional, it's dishonest. When they actually did perform work, the quality was abysmal. The bait traps they installed were a perfect example. Instead of being set flush with the ground for safety and effectiveness, they were left sticking up by nearly three inches. This created an obvious tripping hazard in our yard and looked terrible. The final straw was their behavior after we cancelled. Fed up with the non-existent service, I officially terminated my contract. A month later, to my surprise, a Terminix truck showed up while I was at work. They performed an unsolicited "inspection" and, in a perfect display of their incompetence, the technician didn't even notice the company's own bait traps in the yard. Now, Terminix has the audacity to try and charge me for another full year of service, all based on a half-done, unauthorized inspection that I never asked for and that occurred after I cancelled my account. Do yourself a massive favor and find a different pest control company. Terminix has shown a complete disregard for their customers' time, safety, and money. Their business practices are unacceptable, and I would warn everyone to stay far away.
