    Jason came out and did my annual exclusion and termite inspections. He seemed to be very thorough and helpful. He did find a huge wasp nest in a shed. I need to have someone come out and deal with it. I would appreciate a call on that and paying all of my coverages on a monthly basis vs lump sum. Thanks.

    Terminix has a fantastic service representative in Sergio. He is so conscientious when he visits our house for monthly service, always alerting us as to when he’s going to visit (he’s never late), how long to keep our pets inside and what services he completed. His communication skills are stellar, and his friendly professionalism is exceptional. We greatly appreciate Sergio and commend Terminix for employing such a stand out person!

    I want to commend Julius for his outstanding service during his recent visit to address a roach issue around the perimeter of the house. He was exceptionally professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the appointment. What stood out most was his willingness to listen carefully to my concerns and respond with both kindness and knowledge. He explained the process clearly and made me feel reassured and informed. Julius was also very friendly, which created a comfortable experience while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. I truly appreciated his attentiveness and the pride he seemed to take in his work. Thank you, Julius, for your dedication and excellent customer service.

    I have been with Terminex for years. I have seen a few come and go mainly because they moved. Matthew has been doing my service for awhile and is thorough and professional. He lets me know if he sees any new activity. I recommend Terminex.

    Sharing my experiences with Terminix service. Very Satisfied and pleased with the consistent support I receive from Technician Damian Arranaga. He is essential to the health and care of my home. He identifies problems before I even bring them up. He has been vital in dealing with ants approaching my home. He gave excellent advice on minimizing the ants and has consistently focused on helping me keep a clean healthy environment ( prevention of pest activity and damage to my home). Thank you Damian. Thank you Terminix for such a quality experience caring Technician. Looking forward to next service.

    Loved getting the text that our technician was on the way. He was great. I wasn’t home and neither were the kids. Matthias went in and efficiently did what he needed to do. When all was done, he stayed to let me know that everything was all closed / locked up. Previous tech, Ratu, used to always do this too! Gave me great peace of mind.

    Matthias was the tech to come visit my home. I was specifically dealing with an ant issue. He was fabulous! He Reached out with sooner availability and was very prompt on time! He was very knowledgeable and respectful as I have a pet in my home. I felt in good hands and would like to continue to work with him!

    I’m writing this review to warn others about what happened with Terminix last August (2024). I called them for a rodent issue, and while the problem was ultimately resolved, the process getting there was extremely uncomfortable. After two small visits and charges, a technician insisted I needed a exclusion job. Before I fully understood what was happening, the Terminix employee drove to my workplace and had me sign paperwork on the spot, presented as a routine authorization. Only afterward did I realize I had been charged $1,650 for a job I had not clearly agreed to in that rushed moment. When I reached out for clarification or a refund, they refused, pointing to the signature collected under pressure. Trying to resolve the situation afterward was incredibly difficult. Communication was poor, there were no-shows for scheduled follow-ups, and it felt like I was dealing with separate departments that didn’t talk to each other. Every call seemed to reset the conversation. While the rodent issue was eventually fixed, the overall experience was stressful and disorganized. The next time I needed pest control, I chose a small local company instead and had a far more transparent and coordinated experience.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently met my regular Terminix technician, and I was very impressed. He was extremely nice, polite, and professional. He took the time to explain everything and made me feel that he truly cares about helping my family have a home where we can feel comfortable and at peace, free of insects. I really appreciate his dedication and the excellent service from Terminix!
