Brian has been our service tech since we signed with the company a year or two ago and has been fantastic to work with. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Always contacts me prior to his visits to let me know he’s coming and when to expect him. 5+ stars for Brian. Have very recently had some issues with the company, however, that have yet to be resolved which could change my review of the company and their practices.

Our service tech, Justin, was an absolute joy. His professionalism and attention to detail was unmatched. He answered all our questions, He solicited input from us to better inform his approach to our property. 100% satisfaction. He did a heck of a job!

The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Have been trying to contact them since OCTOBER 2024 when they installed termite bait stations. Finally in June 2025 David came out and gave me his personal work cell so I can get in easy contact with him. I am pretty sure he blocked me because I cannot get a hold of him anymore. You can't ever get ahold of anyone other than the national line (trust me, I have called every number, even "local" numbers, they all go to the same general line) and they can only put things "in your file." DO NOT USE THEM if you want an actual helpful company. Mostly posting this negative review so someone will actually call me back?!?!

Marcus and his team were amazing. They helped our company with pest control. They were super fast and professional. They helped us get over 50 properties done in 2 work days. Highly recommend!

The service rep, Joel, did a very thorough job. He cleaned away webs before spraying. He also came back in the late afternoon when he was delayed and couldn't make the original service time. He could have just sprayed when I wasn't there, but I had requested to be there so he came later. He was a good communicator and was very good explaining options. I was very impressed.

Terrible, terrible customer service. I set up an appointment and waited during the 4 hour window only to be told when no one showed up that they scheduled it with a technician who doesn't cover my city. So, I rescheduled. Next guy did show up, however, despite me telling him the issue was in my attic, he didn't bring a ladder and wouldn't use mine. So, I rescheduled a third time. Again, despite me confirming they had everything properly noted, I wait during the 4 hour window and no one showed up. Upon calling, I was told AGAIN they scheduled it with someone who doesn't cover my city. I was then called by a manager who YELLED at me because I should have known the guy who did show up wouldn't use my ladder. He had no apologies about me having to sit for two appointments that they screwed up. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service.

Jared Woerth has been a God-send for us after we “accidentally” discovered a single bed bug on my shirt. He has been knowledgeable, professional, dedicated to us and assuring about the situation at our home. HIGHLY Recommend!

Our company made the switch to Terminix Wil-Kil in 2023 and have been extremely pleased with the level of service, feedback, and pricing they provide. Eric Harmel was our original service technician and helped us to set up both of our locations. He did an amazing job helping us improve our existing Pest Management system and provided both facilities with excellent service and feedback. Many of the observations for improvement he noted and recommended, we have implemented and have seen improvements. He always answered calls and text whenever something came up between scheduled visits, and to go out of his way to help us during those times. We are happy to see Eric return to manage our accounts again! Eric has been the best service technician we have had in the last 13+ years. Overall, very happy with our partnership with Terminix Wil-Kil and Eric Harmel.

David, the person who came out was a manager, and he made me feel confident in what I was paying for. While he was doing his inspection before he treated, he actually found ways mice were getting into my house even though he wasn't able to fix everything right away, he got a specialist to come out who fixed it. David also explained what he was doing and how it worked, so I knew the whole process. Over all it was a great job, and I will be recommending terminix wil-kil to my family and friends.

The worst customer service and communication! I had been a Wil-Kil customer for years. Since the Terminix buy out it has gone totally downhill. Technicians come when there is no appointment and do not come when scheduled. This happens regularly. I called repeatedly for a manager who did not respond. When I eventually reached him, he said he is not able to hear his messages on his voice mail. Why have voicemail if you can't access it? I had written and verbal confirmation of a visit for the afternoon and they came in the morning. Frustration doesn't begin to describe how customers feel. Their policies and procedures are not documented online. I called CS and asked a rep what is needed when canceling a contract. She said to just call and cancel. It happens right away. I asked her to send a copy of the contract. Later after I received it, it states that 30 days written notice is required. Written notice where?

Marcus is always very friendly and smiling when he comes to the office. We chat a little but he is quick to do his job and update me as to any issues. Great personality for the customer contact.

I've had Terminix for years and it was fine .last year 2024 I paid the year in advance as usual and I have not received Any services. I have repeatedly called usually no callback but I did get a callback twice and I got an appointment made. NO SHOW. When I called about that after several attempts I got another appointment. NO SHOW AGAIN. No money back no service. To be fair I was called by someone who seemed like she was maybe going to be able to help. When I finally called the number I was on hold on for almost an hour and then I hung up. All the years before 2024 were good. 2024/2025 has been very disappointing.
