Ronnie is the absolute best mission Bug Master as he should be your trainer and the person that you put in front of all of your team because he explains in his questions. He make sure that he understands exactly where the problems are happening. He doesn’t answer with just a placating answer he really goes after the issues and tells you exactly how he addressed the issues and where he addressed the issues And he takes his time so really get the impression that he has done a very thorough job and when you watch him, you can see that he’s doing an incredibly thorough job so I have to tell you that in this day and age when there’s so many workers who are just doing what they have to to get by he stands out so far above the rest I just think he’s wonderful

Robert did a great job this morning. Very prompt, listened carefully and patiently about any concerns. He discussed the options then performed a thorough treatment and gave me a summary of said treatment. Highly recommend.

Jose came to my house to do an initial treatment and listened closely to my pest concerns. He got rid of every wasp nest that has been plaguing us, even the ones at the tippy top of our two story house. He was friendly, hard working, and very thorough. I'm so grateful for his help addressing our pest control, and love how the company does business. Will definitely use again!

The Bug Master folks have always been courteous and very helpful when I have called. Art, my "bug man", is the best. He has serviced our home for 3 years now. If for any reason I need them to come back, there is never a question about it and Art is there within a day or two. I highly recommend this company and Art!

Great service I love this company I’m signed up for quarterly sprays and they always come on schedule and text me prior to the appt. Today Mr Robert came out and answered some questions I had he was very nice and helpful.

Robert explained what was going to do, then did it. He told me what he found and how he going to treat it. Then he gave me tips on how make his treatment last and what I could do to decrease any problems going forward. He also gave me homeowner’s tip to make my property last and be better for the life of the property

Robert did a fantastic treatment today. Asked questions about concerns beforehand, then addressed all requests for our treatment. Excellent tech. Hope that we keep this tech from now on. Thank you. We have had this service (The BugMaster) for 5 years now and completely satisfied.

Art is the best! He’s friendly, professional, and communicates well with me. I appreciate that he always wears booties in my house when he sprays. I don’t typically have problems with bugs, but occasionally I will have a wasp nest pop up, and the bug master always sends someone promptly to treat the issue. I have been using them for years.

Yesterday - I had Bug /mosquito service completed by Robert, he was great, wonderful service. Then unfortunately, also Rat / wildlife extermination / control by Topper- he came set traps and sealed holes in my attic and also garage. I text him this morning and promptly came and removed all the caught friends. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Told him that he is a great “Cat” as never had rodent issues when I had a cat but he is a good replacement! Overall a costly experience but worth the $$.

Robert arrived on time, was very friendly and courteous and helped us to understand what he was treating, why and what we should do if we need service between visits. Too early to know the effectiveness of the treatment but very thankful to have had Robert visit today!

Robert was Great! He was helpful, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. My 3 year old was so happy he was here to get rid of the ants in her bed. He helped me move around the mattress and toy boxes so he could spray. He was good vibes and I really appreciated his service today.
