John did a great job. He treated for carpenter ants. He treated inside and outside. Even went into my woods and sprayed trees. His price was very reasonable. I will use him again and highly recommend him. Jim.

I had flying squirrels in my attic. Most places wanted thousands of dollars to address the problem. The Pest Detective came out and set a trap in a tree close to where the squirrels entered the house and captured them live. That saved me TONS of money. Great job!!!

After bouncing around to several so called “exterminators” around Cleveland, I gave John and his company an opportunity to resolve a major rodent issue I was dealing with in one of my units. John handled everything himself; keeping his word and making all the promised follow up appointments on time, making necessary adjustments in his treatments to combat the issue that had eluded everyone. In the end, the issue was completely resolved. Afterwards, I went ahead and deleted all the other Exterminators’ phone contacts in my phone with the exception of the Pest Detective.

You will surely never find any other company as professional, thorough, and value for money than John's Pest Detective agency! I had a mice problem here and, one visit, and it was sorted. John's service included periodic visits to recheck the situation (i.e. service the traps). And then, after the traps (small and hidden) are picked up, you still have a six month warranty. I'm really happy with this company, and I highly recommend.

John did a fantastic job in eliminating our yellow jacket nest in the wall of our patio as well as helped us in identifying an entry point of mice in our home. He fixed the entry point issue and the mice were removed as well! Highly recommend.him! He is very prompt with every visit even telling me when he was running behind. He is also very fair with his pricing as well!
