I had a large critter that got in through a hole in my roof decking (old satellite dish pulled off in a storm) and was sealed in when the repair was done. He got very noisy for several days! This company had great ratings and they lived up to it. Not cheap, but they worked with me over a period of weeks to assure the critter and any rodents were gone. (He evidently broke out through a roof vent, that now has a cage over it, the day before my first appointment). They were methodical in checking and rebaiting traps to assure no critters remained and sealing up potential access points. They then vacuumed out all the 18 yr old insulation (and poop) and sanitized. The next week, they came back to add blown insulation back in. All members of their crew and the office staff were professional, courteous and respectful of property. I highly recommend this company.

This company has been extremely amazing through out the entire process! I reached out because I had multiple bats in my chimney, & they sent someone out to inspect the property the same day. Their costumer service was remarkable, with updates on every step of the process. I could not be happier with how they handled the whole situation. I had to get rid of the bats before my new tenants moved in to the property. I informed them about this & not only did they fix my problem but also gave me tips & advice about other small details that can prolong the life of my property. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. I will definitely be recommending them to my piers!

TLDR: I highly recommend this company and it was great experience overall. They're efficient and thorough. Scheduling was a breeze. When Ivan came out for the assessment he expertly located and informed me of the issues and remedy's they could offer. The price was fair so I moved forward. Eddie and Anthony were the techs that came to my house a couple of days later. It was a particularly humid day as we just had rain. Well these 2 worked their butts off and were drenched by the end. They took special care to make sure every issue was addressed thoroughly.Pro tip: If you have paint, they will finish off their work so it matches. What pros!

A year or so ago, the Restoration Attics team came out and handled a rather large rat infestation in my attic. Cleaned and sanatized and sealed it all. Did a fantastic job. Everyone made the process so easy. Felt comfortable working with everyone. Definitely a family feel! Then recently, I had critters find there way in again through damage on my roof. Jerrod came out, patched the hole and set traps. Problem solved!

What a fantastic company. They're really serious when they say there's a warranty on their work. They've put alot of resources in making sure my home is rodent free. They've even used cameras in my attic. The customer service is better than any home services company I've ever seen. They are a breath of fresh air in our community.
