Extremely dedicated to doing an exceptional job! My neighbor and I had problems with squirrels getting in our attics. Called 3 other exterminators and the upsell and pricing was an issue. Dalton did the free inspection the day I called, applying a repellent scent throughout our attics. He returned shortly afterward and sealed up the four entryways that he found and set up a camera. These guys were the absolute best. I had a Momma racoon that tore her way into my attic and had babies. She was tearing up my attic ductwork like you would not believe. The Rodent Pros were highly recommended from several different wildlife rescue organizations. I could not say enough great things about Dalton (owner) and Derek. They answered the phone right away, showed up and made a clear and concise plan to get the momma out and trap her and get the babies out without harm to them. They came out 6 days in a row ( we trapped possum and squirrels) but the raccoon was very elusive to say the least. Today we finally trapped the momma and then got up in the attic to retrieve the babies and then relocated them all together to a safe place. These guys are experts in this field , extremely professional and never gave up. We communicated nonstop daily , and they were always updating me with times they were coming by and the plan of action. She was trapped at 10 Pm tonight and Dalton came back right away and got her tonight and safely and very humanely relocated them all together. I Couldn’t be more pleased, very fair pricing, very professional, extremely nice guys, and truly a 24/7 operation. Can’t say enough good things about this company. They really care about animals! My only regret is that I waited 2 days before I called them. 5 stars and highly recommended these guys.

I had an urgent rodent issue at one of my properties and discovered they were chewing from underneath the home to get inside. I called Derek, and he gave me a very reasonable price to install wire behind the skirting to block the rodents from getting under the house. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and sent detailed photos of all the work, so I didn’t have to be on site. Over the next two weeks, Derek and his team came out each week to check for any signs of rodents, making sure the issue was fully resolved. After confirming there was no more activity, they sanitized underneath the home and in the attic to remove any lingering odors and germs rodents can leave behind. Dalton is a stand-up guy! Honesty is rare these days, but he is truly the gold standard. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. They don’t try to upcharge or push unnecessary services. I originally called them for a second opinion. After owning my property for over six years without any rodent issues, another company came out, claimed it was rodent feces, and tried to charge me $1,500 for an exclusion. Dalton came out on a Sunday, immediately identified the waste as gecko droppings, and assured me our property was secure and rodent-free. Derek of Rodent Pros was great! One of the reasons we went with Rodent Pros to tackle our rat problem was Derek. He was so personable and knowledgeable. He comes to your house with a smile, ease and friendliness that you do not often see in service industry nowadays. But what he comes with most is experience, and I appreciated that. Another reason we went with Rodent Pros was their 3 year guarantee of their work. We searched around for other competitors and none that we interviewed had a 3yr guarantee, which is a big deal when you are talking about persistent rodents. For the amount Rodent Pros charged for the service which was similar to their competitors or a few dollars less, there service was invaluable. With all that said, Derek came when he told me he would come, checked the traps, sealed the holes where rats could get in and text me pictures of his work. I couldn’t have asked for more.
