Eric was fantastic. I called about a fly and wasp issue, and he was able to come out quickly and take care of everything. He walked me through what he was doing, answered all my questions, and gave really clear explanations. He also pointed out areas we should keep an eye on and recommended spots we should seal to prevent future problems. Very professional and thorough. Hopefully the pests will be gone soon, but based on the service alone, I’d absolutely recommend Eric and the Titan team.

From the first interaction with the Customer Care team (primarily Joy) to our technician fulfilling the service we had an excellent experience. Titan seems to have a very strong team approach. Joy passed along my questions and concerns to our technician, Jordan. Jordan, even prior to coming to our home called and was knowledgeable and addressed my concerns with the makeup of the pesticides that would be used to treat the issues we were having and eased my concerns about the environmental impacts. Upon arrival, he clarified recommended approaches they would take and ongoing services they would provide. He was polite, on time, and extremely helpful. The follow up from the Customer Care team was again professional and took some extra steps to ensure the ongoing services met my needs. i would definitely recommend them.

Jordan was really great, professional, and obviously very knowledgeable. I had lots of questions and he was very patient and friendly, answering all my concerns with a solution. Quick response was a big plus, will use Titan again.
