Dynamic duo Liz and Russ - Amazing people & super professional they came as promised time kept in communication- I wasn’t even home and they spotted my problem, immediately got on it. After removing Snake they inspected the area found eggs. THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE! They care for the wildlife and have plenty of knowledge answered all my questions and advised on things that would never come to my mind. Strongly recommend them and they are available 24-7! Thank you for coming and taking care of my problem almost midnight when no one else did.

Russell went above and beyond in helping us remove a possum that had fallen between some walls in our home. He was responsive and met us in the middle of the night. He was thorough in investigating the problem and the source of entry in the attic. He was also so detail oriented and kept everything so clean in cutting into the Sheetrock to remove the animal. He even vacuumed the bits of drywall and insulation. Would definitely call him again if we have issues, but hoping the new shields he will install will prevent any future problems!
