I’ve been using their service for almost 3 months with no results I just keep seeing bugs and now I started being charged for services I’m not getting and they don’t respond or anything it’s unfortunate because I thought they were better than that.

Paul is outstanding. He goes above and beyond to help keep my place bug free. He even took the time to help my neighbor with questions she had.

I called to make a appt and it was very quick and convenient they were flexible with their scheduling, got me in right away. When the technician came out he was very informative and did a very thorough job. Not only did he make sure to meet all my concerns he was very pleasant and easy to talk to. After he was done he let me know if I had any more issues not to hesitate to call. I will definitely be calling them again if need be.

Paul is very professional and has great social skills to. I would definitely recommend his company to everyone I know. Dependable and thorough . I wouldn’t use anyone else !

I am very satisfied with my service from Total Pest Control. Louis is both professional and courteous. There have been no roaches or their nymphs, no wolf spiders or any other arachnids, no ants, earwigs, carpet beetles, fleas, ticks, or any other insect pests. Great services, but when somebody is asking you to not be touching your stuff because you have diagnosed OCD don't respond with 'We all have a little OCD' that's like saying we all have a little cancer or we're all a little asthma. Be better than that sir. Respect goes a long way.
