There aren't enough stars to give for this recommendation;. It is rare these days to find any business that stands in and works from integrity. Wayne and his team went above and beyond in helping me take care of issues at my older parents' home. Both he and James, our service provider, were always professional, polite and so incredibly kind. I had met with several companies in the industry and everyone wanted to sell us things we did not need, gave false information about the scope of the problem. and misinformation about what was happening in our attic. Wayne listened to all our concerns about the safety of our dogs and other animals on the property. He and his team showed up on time, were excellent in communication and patient with my older mother. We felt safe having them in and out of the house and that is such a gift. Additionally- no other company gave a five year guarantee on their services.

I had a pair of squirrels take up residence in my attic, and called Trapline after speaking to other companies. Wayne came out and explained what they would do and how they would do it; James then came out and sealed the entries and set a trap, and after he patiently came out several times the rodents were evicted and sealed out permanently. James was great at checking in with me and coming out whenever needed until the job was done. I highly recommend Trapline Pest Solutions! Top integrity and professionalism, apex customer service. They made multiple trips to eliminate the threat without hesitation always arriving later that day, or first thing the next day. Our house was definitely a challenge to finally be rid of the critter. They waited for a period (more than a month) of no calls before finally sending the bill, which I paid immediately!
