GREAT SERVICE! When the spray tech (Keenan) came out to my house he made sure to listen to all of my concerns, and gave me solutions and steps that I could take moving forward. He was diligent and I could tell he cared about making sure the customers needs were met.

Update..they continue to blame us and insist we damaged our rocks even though they were fine before they came. They do not return phone calls and will do nothing. I have a beautiful professionally landscaped yard. It is well maintained and I would not have algae on my sidewalk. Instead of fixing the problem they deny there is a problem. I understand mistakes happen but a reputable company would work with you to fix it. They will not fix or even admit they were the ones that caused the damage. We will hire a professional cleaner for $1400 and never use or recommend TriGuard to anyone. If there is a problem your on your own. Tri-Guard ruined my landscaping. I am leaving this review, and if Tri-Guard fixes the problem, I will update. Tri-Guard does our annual pest control and has for a few years. We have a professionally landscaped yard, and discovered at their last spray, the technician sprayed our flagstone rocks on the pathway and the spray damaged the flagstone rocks. It did not come off. We were unhappy with this, and decided to ask them to NOT spray the flagstone rocks the next time they came out. Which was 5/15/25. My husband called them a week ahead, and asked them to note that we did NOT want the flagstone sprayed at all and to be careful around them. Just the week before this, we had our yard professionally cleaned up and the flagstone rocks were pressure sprayed and cleaned before Tri-Guard came, and the old damage did not come off. He then called the day before they came out, and again, said to NOT spray the flagstone, and they said it was noted for the technician not to spray. We were not home when they came, and they sprayed the flagstone damaging it even more! They were called and told we were not happy with this. They came out to look at the damage in person and said they would have to find out what the regional office would do, and that these things happen. On their report, they also said the damage was due to lichen , algae and fungus, which is not true. The rocks are 3 years old, and do not have any fungus, etc. My husband had to note in the report, that that was not true, and the rocks had just been pressure washed and do not have any algae, etc. So as of now, we do not know what they will do, and our flagstone rocks are damaged. Just want people to be aware, and again, if they do come through with a reasonable solution, or fix them, i will update this review. But just know you cannot call them twice with a request to not damage your property with spray and have them follow instructions.

I appreciated that Michael explained everything he was going to do and then reviewed with me when he was done. As a retired Senior I appreciate a discount as I may have not been able to have this service. He was very polite and thorough and I would highly recommend..

Telling my mom to cancel service with these guys. They use something called Cholecaliferol or Vitamin D3 to kill rodents. I asked one of their employees how it worked. I was told that the rats eat it and within minutes have a heart attack and die. WRONG. Today I was walking in the side yard to the backyard and came across a young rat in my path struggling to breath. It looked terrified and miserable. My oldest child and I stayed with it for about an hour while it struggled with wheezing and labored breathing. I called animal control to see if we could bring him in to euthanize him. The rat fortunately died right after I listened to animal control's voicemail saying yes they would euthanize him if we brought him in. He kept twitching when he was still alive and you could hear him wheezing. D3 in animals causes a whole host of painful things such as: bone pain, vomiting, anorexia, increased thirst, fatigue, abdominal pain, depression, irritability, kidney stones, labored breathing, high blood pressure, kidney failure, seizures, and ataxia. And these symptoms can be going on for SEVERAL DAYS before the animals die. Our neighbor said she found 3 squirrels dead shortly after a Triguard employee came out and laid out more traps. So it's not just rats going in these traps. It could be any animal small enough to get into the boxes.

Great service! Technician is efficient, qualified, and very helpful! It is great to work with him and this company! They come quarterly and will come out if something is amiss, ie; hornets/wasps. Very professional.

My Triguard Tech, Connor, was great. It’s been a challenging experience with this company for the past year+ with previous techs either not doing the work or doing a crummy job. Connor listened to my concerns, educated me about how different sprays work with different pests/bugs and how to know the right one to use, etc. He was professional, positive, and ensured the tasks were done completely and correctly. Thanks Connor!

Ina was the service tech who came to my home and my property. I have two outbuildings which were a part of the bid. She was competent and friendly, knowledgeable and very clear in her communications. Ina was very thorough, clearly interested in addressing the issues I was having. Upon completion, she reviewed all that she had done. I certainly saw her busily doing all which was required. This was the most thorough work I’ve ever had done in the world of pest control. If all the other techs are anywhere as conscientious and competent as is Ina, it’s a terrific company. Go, Tri-Gard!

Dan H. is a standup guy and completely reliable and trustworthy. He takes pride in doing a thorough job each and every time he comes to service our home. We have had many other pest control services come to our door soliciting our business and no matter how much they have tried to intercept our business from TriGuard we always decline and that’s 100% because of Dan. We have had a number of technicians from triguard come but after Dan’s first visit I called the TriGuard office and requested that only Dan come to service our home. It’s harder and harder to find honest and trustworthy people these days and TriGuard has earned our repeat business year over year solely because of Dan’s integrity. Thanks for all you time and attention to our home! We are very grateful.

The techs are great. Brayden has always done a great job ridding the number of bugs around my house. Takes care to make sure gates are closed so my dogs don’t get out of the yard. I have been very happy with the services Tri Guard provides.

I just moved into a new home and Ina was my technician. She was the best! She was on time, very polite and professional. Ina addressed all of my questions and concerns for treating my home and suggested other treatments I hadn’t thought of. She was thorough and gave me a rundown of her work after completion. Before the move Jennifer helped me transfer my existing services from my old home to the new one. She was also fantastic and easy to work with. Thanks, everyone!
