Working with Truly Nolen has been a great experience. They provide comprehensive protection for my home, at a very competitive rate. Most importantly, my local service tech (TJ) does a great job communicating about his arrival, and how things are going around the property. It’s great having a trusted provider!

I have been a customer with Truly Nolen since 2008. The service was consistent for years up until the 2022 – current. I had continual issues with service to my lawn with staining and weeds. The problem continued with the weeds in my yard. The problem was never corrected the entire time. I finally held off payment to get the attention of the office so that I would be able to address the issues. Well, that did not happen. I called to address the issue and spoke to the local office (it took some time as I had to go through a call center in AZ). I spoke to Elizabeth in the office, and I must say she was extremely helpful. She actually told me that my service was cancelled back in August 2024 due to nonpayment. Knowing that I had called about the issues, no one, maybe a manager you would think to call personally???!!!Keep in mind, I have been a customer since 2008, that is 17 years. I use them for my pest and lawn care. No one tried to call. I was told that they emailed, well they had the incorrect email. They called but it was an auto call, and it was for payment. If it were not for Elizabeth, I can honestly say that I would have just cancelled my service with Truly Nolen. It’s easy to find a customer, it requires good service to maintain one. Being a customer for 17 years, clearly something changed in their service. But because of Elizabeth and how she handled my concerns and the overall phone call, I will give them a final opportunity to make it right. On another note, I had some issues with pest (ants) due to the excessive rain that we have been having. Elizabeth, made every effort to schedule service very quickly to get this taken care of. The service technician, Seth came over and did an amazing and thorough job. He was professional and pleasant and went through all areas of my concern. He was the best that I have seen with this company in all the years that I have had service with this company. I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt this was important. Do not allow them to change your service person monthly. It creates problems. Let's see how it goes now.

Herby did a fantastic job with the house. He was very accommodating and listened to our needs. He’s very friendly and super funny and has a very witty personality. Hope to get him back whenever we are in need of assistance!!

Truly Nolen has been kind & responsive to my issues. Thought something was wrong with fertilizer that was applied causes larger brown spots. No, it my fault. My riding lawn mower blade is dull & needs sharpened. Also, my deck needs adjustment. But the manager Andrew came out & talked to me and made me feel better. He said it would come back, just water & few more weeks. After our discussion, he continued to look at entire lawn, took some pictures. Love my tech - Luis, very nice & understanding. I met Ray from Truly Nolen Pest Control at the property, and he did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was very professional, responsive, and took the time to explain everything so I felt comfortable with the process. He installed the base stations and treated the house thoroughly. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our technician Edwin came out today right on time, as a matter of fact one day earlier which worked out perfectly! He addressed our concerns with a great attention to detail. I heard a noise in my attic one night and it kept me up for hours. I'm not one to go up there myself, so the next day, I reached out to all companies in the immediate area. Every other company said I would have to wait until Monday, seeing how I was calling on a Friday morning. Truly Nolen sent out two people (David and Renee) a couple hours later. David and Renee were both extremely professional and personable and I appreciated them for it, seeing how I was stressed out from the lack of sleep the night before. They did a thorough inspection of my home and explained so much to me about how and why the rodents made their way to my home and the tactics they (Truly Nolen) would use to get the pests out of the home and keep them out. They were both extremely knowledgeable about what I was going through and understood that I needed this problem solved ASAP. I don't really write reviews, so it has to be stated that if you're dealing with a pest problem, reach out for these two. Thank you David and Renee, you really helped me feel comfortable in my home again. :)

Truly Nolen was super easy to work with and had very reasonable prices for termite bait installation and attic treatment. Dave came out for our inspection and explained all options clearly. Jeck came out for the service and was very efficient, polite, and even took out an old baiting system from a previous homeowner as a favor as he installed our new one. Highly recommend Truly Nolen!
