I 'm very satisfied with Truly Nolen Pest Control and specially with my service technician Mr Alfredo Zellek, has been very reliable for over 4 years, he also has given great service, taken care of many Pest control issues, inside and outside my house, as recently with snails, grass hopper etc. He has provided an excellent services, always pleasant personality as well as highly reliable and knowledgeable. Previous had service with Truly Nolan and I was satisfied with the service. Once again the inspector was very accommodating and informative. The exterminator was thorough but will return because he didn't bring a tall enough ladder to get into the attic.

He is truly a professional and a gentleman with a warm personality. He knows his stuff. He shows me the bug traps inside that he has set out from service to service. No bugs. Termite treatment from Truly Nolen had been the best purchase I had made. All technicians are great and knowledgeable. Dante always do a thorough inspection of the house and immediately apply the required treatment. All technicians are always listen to my concerns and address the issues.

Alfredo Zellek is the technician who came by to do initial treatment and follow-up. He was very pleasant and courteous and he did a really good job at treating the cockroach issue. At initial treatment he identified the areas with the biggest problems and applied bait and treatment thoroughly. At follow-up, you could see a significant improvement. He retreated all the areas and with Truly Nolen, I will receive quarterly follow-ups with their service plan. I'm satisfied with the results. Thanks, Alfredo!
