Treated German cockroaches for over a year. They would almost be gone then come back. I appreciate the Friendly staff and care for animals and baby. I would have appreciated better communication to schedule follow ups. I had to call and ask if I needed them. It seemed like they didn’t take notes on my case. Roaches became aware of their tactics and or baits. Approach did not change. They couldn’t do anything about them being under the house.
