can’t say enough good things about my experience with Chris Bucher from Truly Nolen Pest Control. From the very beginning, Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the best options for my home. What stood out the most was his friendliness and attention to detail—he truly cares about his work and about making sure the customer feels comfortable and confident. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and personable in this line of work. If you need pest control services in San Diego, I highly recommend asking for Chris. He’s a true professional and made the whole process stress-free.

Gary Garcia was fantastic! He called on his way to our location to see if there were any areas of concern. He checked in at the office and promptly got to work treating out entry points and warehouse areas. He also walked with me through the office, changed our sticky traps, DATED THEM (!!) and sprayed the interior as we had seen some roaches in the lunch room! I will be requesting Gary as our tech from now on. Great job to the Truly Nolan team- Gary is a gem! 💎

Dena came to treat my garage for termites. She is friendly, kind, and very hardworking. She is a great communicator, happy to answer questions and share her knowledge. She knows how to connect with her clients and provide the best service. Definitely a huge asset to your company!

Unfortunately, not the greatest experience. Both personnel that came out were pleasant and professional but the quality of their work is where the poor review is 1 star. Their service solved nothing and in the end it felt like a ploy just to get a monthly payment from me. I still have a problem at the house that hasn’t had a dent put in it. I was told that it’ll take a few days, well that few days has passed and still no improvement. Your better off spraying raid around your home than using truly nolen. Save your money

I used to talk to Dena in the office for scheduling service, price increases etc. Imagine my surprise when she showed up to do the termite inspection! She has been out in the field for 6 years now. Compared to the last few inspections i have had, Dena was BY FAR the absolute best. She was incredibly thorough and took her time explaining the results and recommendations to me. I hope she continues to provide this service for Truly Nolen for a long time. I will ask for her directly when due for another inspection. I also hope the company understands what a great person you have representing your service. GREAT JOB DENA!

Truly Nolen has been servicing our church in City Heights for years and we always get the best service! I pay for a yearly VIP service with Truly Nolan. For the past two years when I have scheduled my yearly free inspection of our whole house Truly Nolan has cancelled my scheduled appt at the last minute, the very day of the scheduled visit. We are frustrated with their customer service and their same excuse two years in a row that their technician called in sick. Then I have to wait a month out for the next available appt. To which I argue and have to ask for a manager to get it scheduled sooner. For the amount of money they charge for a yearly program I don’t get my moneys worth and will be searching for a better company that gives me a service value comparable to what we pay! Dena is their only saving grace!

Gary has gone above and beyond to help with our pest problems. We can’t thank him enough for the attention to detail and the follow ups he does to ensure we have the best possible experience. I can not recommend Gary and Truly Nolan services enough. We truly appreciate him and will continue to request him for future needs.
