The technician, Julio, for Turner Pest Control came to my door once he arrived to let me know that he was there to treat my lawn and to discuss any concerns that I might have. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. We discussed a few problem areas that I had noticed a few days prior and he said that he would be sure to apply the necessary chemicals to resolve the issue. I observed Julio applying the treatment to the entire lawn and making sure that all areas were treated properly. He also spot treated for weeds and inspected areas that appeared to have a fungus. I was VERY impressed with Julio’s work habits and professionalism. My lawn has never looked better and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Julio and Turner Pest Control!

I had the pleasure of working with Justin from Turner for a recent pest control service, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Justin was thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely detail-oriented throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what he was doing, addressed all of my concerns, and made sure every area of the property was properly treated. His professionalism and dedication to quality service were clear from start to finish. Excellent job!

Had a technician treat our lawn with a liquid fertilizer a week ago. I asked about the bare sections in the yard and he said he would have to have the lawn manager contact me. I didn’t hear back from anyone and it’s been 7 days. As usual, I’m not satisfied with Turner’s lawn service and will not be renewing my contract.

Courtney was professional and courteous. She called ahead to give me a closer time frame to her arrival and then listened to my areas of concern took care of them all quickly both in and out of the house. Great Job!

Turner Pest Control has been excellent to work with, and I especially want to highlight the outstanding service provided by Shaun. He is always professional, thorough and respectful of our property. I truly appreciate his and all their employee's professionalism and attention to detail when they come out to service our lawn.

I have had to deal with many technicians over my years. I have to say that Eli is the absolute best!!!! He has always been professional yet more like a neighbor friend. He explains all that he is doing. He answers any questions that I may have. He is amazingly considerate of my family and dog along with being more than willing to accommodate any way he can. Truth is, I believe that Eli should be a trainer for the company. If all techs were like him, you’d never lose a customer. Don’t let this guy get away from you!

Called about an ant issue we had. The technician came the following day and treated the spaces. Customer service was friendly and polite in helping schedule the appointment. Daniel, the technician, did a great job taking care of the ants.

If anyone is looking for a good company to handle their lawn and pest care, I hope you don’t end up working with Turner Pest Control. Please give your money to a business that doesn’t think they can get away with poor customer service that leaves you without any recourse or support. Trying to resolve issues with Turner has been impossible for my retired parents, and I’m disappointed I couldn’t help them navigate this any better because of how convoluted the process it is to get help. After multiple disappointing lawn services from Turner that left my parents’ lawn a mess and caused expensive issues with their sprinkler system, my parents first tried to work it out with the technicians. When that went nowhere, my parents reached out to their field specialist, Jorge Villalobos, for help. Without hearing anything back from Jorge despite multiple calls over a few weeks, my parents felt that calling the customer service line was their only option to get help. The customer care line is busy with long wait times, but I was able to help my parents reach a rep. As it turns out, you can’t simply call or write a message to a customer service rep to address unsatisfactory services or cancel part of a bundle. The customer service rep we spoke to told us that only the field specialist that initially sold you the bundle (for my parents, that’s Jorge) can do anything for you within the first year. He gave us two options: 1) wait for the contract to expire so you can then call to cancel services, or 2) talk to Jorge for help. We asked the rep to help us get in touch with Jorge, but the rep was only able to leave a voicemail, so we were stuck back waiting for a response from someone who hadn’t been responding to us to begin with. I believe that the field specialist’s job is to sell their products then dodge all your calls and emails until you become complacent and forget about calling them back or just get so frustrated you stop pushing for help, and then you might be automatically signed up for another year of care that’s difficult to leave. Since my parents don’t have a voice in the company, I want to support them by giving them a voice in a review. Please be cautious when choosing services based on reviews and flowery marketing language from a field specialist, especially for bigger companies who don’t value individual customers. My parents are kind and easy to take advantage of, and I feel that’s what Jorge and Turner are doing by giving them a lot of promises than leaving them with a lot of problems, and I’d hate for anyone else to deal with this. I highly recommend looking into another company that answers phone calls and doesn’t give apathetic copy/paste responses to negative reviews for your lawncare and pest control needs.
