I'll start by saying Urbanex was great when we were signing up. Communicative, explained everything, the pricing made sense, they addressed every concern quickly and concisely. Our first few treatments were...okay? Not bad enough to complain about, not good enough to rave about. The employee literally handed me not-yet-assembled traps instead of replacing the ones he'd put down the previous month. We got a new guy on our rotation this month, Johnny Rios. Holy crap, we've been missing out on THIS level of service? He took his time, he was thorough, he gave advice about thwarting an armadillo invasion since Urbanex doesn't really cover that. He followed up with product recommendations via text. He was knowledgeable, professional, everything we'd anticipated from the company when we first signed up. 5 stars for Urbanex corporate office, 5 stars for Johnny!

I had my first service with Urbanex today, and I was incredibly impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of the technician, Britt. From start to finish, they handled both the interior and exterior of my home with care and attention to detail. Inside the house, Britt sprayed all the baseboards in the hallways, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. They also treated the garage, removed webs, and even placed glue traps near the door sensors and garage entry — a thoughtful touch that shows how meticulous they are. On the exterior, the service was just as comprehensive. Britt de-webbed all the eaves, peaks, windows, and fence lines, removing any nests or spider sacks they came across. They sprayed the foundation and surrounding areas up to 3 feet out, and even spread granules across the yard for protection against fleas and ticks. I also appreciated the added protection around the AC unit and trash cans, including a rodent station and bait spray. Overall, this was one of the most thorough pest control services I’ve ever received. I felt my home was treated with care, and it’s clear Urbanex takes pride in delivering quality service. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and reliable pest control!

Man what an experience it was with Keaton & Landon not only explaining that I may have a bug issue, but also showing & proving, and ultimately taking care of the problem. I had no idea that I had so many different kinds of spiders, especially how many black widows they found, all around my home. If you have a bug problem, just call them. If you ever see them from driving around your neighborhood, just know that your house is probably affected as well. Don't hesitate and just have them take care of it. I would highly recommend. Just had my 1st visit and Justin did a great job taking care of our ant issue.

Zack and Mariah did an excellent job explaining Urbanex's value as a veteran owned business and what they stand for. Zach especially did a meticulous job going through and treating all of our active insect nests along with checking any and all inactive ones that I found concerning. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company. Zack was very knowledgeable in his trade and was very patient with all of my questions.

Our technician was Britt and she was polite, professional, and friendly. She kept us informed of her schedule, unlike some companies, who give you a half-day window wasting your time. She was punctual and completed the job on schedule. Excellent customer service!
