I just had Shawn out to do an inspection for us and he was great. He did a thorough job. He made sure to personally walk me through each area where additional attention was needed. He made recommendations that would help us prevent future issues. He was also just a nice person to talk to. It was a pleasure to have him out! I highly recommend Valley Wide Pest Control. Awesome, professional service by Chandler. Found company by accident after calling several other companies who refused job, which was to treat and remove wasp nest from inside rooftop HVAC unit. I was calling from a list of companies after a Google search. Then come to find out about their 40 year experience in both residential and commercial jobs, and being voted the best in the he Valley in 2024. Chandler took care of the problem quickly and easily. The price was reasonable and the waiting time for the service was less than 2 days. I am very appreciative and highly recommend this company which I will use daily n the future.

I just had a termite inspection with the service technician James S. and he was incredible! He walked in and I immediately felt like he knew his stuff (and he DID). He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and also kind. I thought I saw something and so I had an inspection done for peace of mind. I really feel good about the service I received. If there was something, James would have seen it, and he would have known the exact remediation steps to take. Cannot recommend him enough. I’ve been a customer with Valley Wide for years now. Vince has been my technician for most of that time. He is also great! I get a text the day before he comes every time, he reliably shows up, I trust that he will complete his tasks without any type of supervision, and I get a text after he finishes up telling me what type of activity he did or didn’t see. The few times I’ve been home and talked with him, he was incredibly kind. I have not had any issues with Valley Wide over the years, but I truly feel that if I did, all it would take is a quick conversation to remedy the issue. Their office is always kind and helpful. I was just on the phone with Stacy earlier today and she was a joy as well! This is a really great company all around. Highly reccomend!

This was my first time as a regular Monthly customer with Valley Wide Pest. Chandler was my technician and is totally amazing. Such a conscious, caring young man. I felt so well taken care of. Everything I was told would happen absolutely happen to the best of their ability which was amazing. Valley Wide has always done an excellent, thorough job at a fair price. I grew up in a small town in Northern CA and knew some people in the pest control business. They always told me the smaller companies were better, because the bigger companies like Terminex would really put pressure on their employees to dilute and stretch their chemicals, this is why I chose a smaller company. Service with the office has always been Excellent. Our technician Todd who always services our properties always notifies us before hand, and is a really nice guy. He also is very thorough, and will notify us and give us advice if he sees something that needs to be attended to, like putting hardware cloth on our roof vents to keep out black rats, and installing a door sweep under the door to the garage to keep out rodents. He even sent an Amazon link for the proper door sweep. This is the type of personal service you won’t find from a larger company. Todd definitely takes pride in his work.

I just had an amazing experience with Valley Wide Pest! My new technician, Chris Davenport, was by far the most thorough and attentive rep I’ve ever had. He found a wasp nest and several black widow spiders that the last tech completely missed, and he took the time to knock down all the spider webs around the house. Chris was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in doing a great job. I immediately requested that he stay on as my regular technician, he’s fantastic!
