I had an amazing experience working with Derrick and Shane at Varment Guard. They were incredibly professional and provided prompt clear communication from the beginning. My husband and I were referred to them to remove bat guano and re-insulate our attic. Varment Guard went above and beyond to meet our needs. They were able to start the job within a week and worked with us and accommodated a reasonable price and payment plan. First, we had some extra stuff to dump, so they provided us with a larger dumpster than necessary so we could dump our debris from another project. Then, when Shane sealed the holes around the house, we noticed he even sealed some areas that bats wouldn't necessarily get into. A month or so later, we had an energy audit done on the house in which they found that insulation wasn't sufficient in some areas. As such, the crew came back to add extra insulation, above and beyond recommended R-value. Incredible customer service, seamless experience, would highly recommend!

Our technician was friendly and helpful but when it came time to repair the holes in our siding from a persistent woodpecker the paint used did not really match our home. It was a shiny paint and slightly darker color which would've been ok if it stayed on the same panel of siding that was repaired, but she touched up areas outside of that and now it looks a little weird. I can send photos if requested. I really hate to complain but the paint job does not look good. My house color is faded and not at all shiny. I would've matched to the current color and sheen.

Luke was a pleasure to work with……knowledgeable, competent and efficient. He found entry points previous searchers had missed. One of the points of potential entry was in a location I thought may have been too steep for his ladder. He said it would be “no problem.” I highly recommend his work.

DJ has been amazing at our house. We started with a bat issue by our chimney. He resolved super fast and was very attentive. I recently started having a squirrel issue as well and he has been working to clear that up right away! I wouldn't choose any other person or company to help with my Varment needs!
