This one star goes to this viking guy. In fort lee, Aug 19, 2025, he made an illegal left turn through construction cones where construction workers were, he then pulled over to remove the cone wedged under the truck. He has no consideration for anyone including himself apparently. Do better.

We had a very detailed and great pest visit today. Stephen Post did an amazing job to support us to search for how to eliminate any pest issue adding traps and search for external opening. This company is fine for general maintenance but they are not good at actually finding the source of an issue. If you have a real issue prepare to be disappointed by these guys as they will just send a different tech out to do the minimum once a month but not do anything to find the source of a real problem. **** EDIT **** I'm updating my review after being assigned a so-called senior-level agent named Jane C. Unfortunately, she’s done exactly what the other reps did — given me incorrect service dates for my building. Customer service here is a total thumbs down. I was provided with the wrong service dates even before working with Jane C., and this has been going on for over a year. If the senior leaders truly wanted to help, they’d stop deflecting every time there’s a mistake and start sending out clear exception notices to customers. In this day and age, you'd think they could come up with a better way to communicate schedules — something more reliable than emailing someone who keeps getting it wrong. That’s just my ten cents.

My husband and I just had our first visit from Eddie from Chemtec for pest control services in our new home. His services came highly recommended from one of our neighbors. Eddie was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a very thorough sweep of the house and explained everything to us. Would definitely recommend!

Chemtec has been servicing our home for several years. They are responsive, professional and effective. Derrick is friendly and highly competent. He does not over promise, takes time to explain things and remembers what has been done previously and what worked or did not. He is a true professional in his work and his dealings with customers.
