We noticed some spiders and crickets in our home, so I looked around and found Weaver’s and I’m glad I did! Mark was fantastic! He called me on the way within the time window I was provided. I met him outside to let him know about my dogs being put away, and my husband who works night was sleeping. He was very respectful and quiet in our home. He recommended some weatherstripping on our door which was amazing customer service. I looked it up online and he confirmed I found the right thing. We shared stories of our dogs and he addressed all my concerns, he quoted me for quarterly services upon my request. All in all I recommend Weaver’s, and they have a great employee in Mark!!

Highly recommend for first-time and experienced buyers! Steve came out with Home Team LC to check for pest infestation for a real estate purchase. I wanted the inspection although the seller provided documentation that she had already completed an inspection and treated for termites. We lucked out with Steve! He came out quickly and did such a thorough job that he found areas the seller’s inspector missed. He was able to make recommendations that saved us future headaches with termite infestation and subsequent damage. Thanks so much, Steve!

Hands down, THE best people and company to work with. We have used Weavers for years and recently put our house on the market. The new owners wanted it treated again, even though we have yearly inspections with no activity. George to the rescue! He took care of us immediately. Made it a super smooth and effortless experience. He's the best! I will definitely use them in the future at our new home. You won't go wrong with Weavers.

I was selling my home and the buyer's inpection company used Weaver's for the termite inspection. They destroyed property in my home during inspection. Started ripping out baseboards in garage and removed a piece of shingle on outside. This is not how termite inspection should be done! Mr. Weaver offered $100 for the damage. I refused money and am writing a review. See pictures. Don't use this company for termite inspection!
